NSX exists to remove everything that sits between a trusted brand and the person who wants it — the reseller maze, the inflated "sale" pricing, the support runaround. Five departments. Thirty-seven brands. One accountable store, run by NSX Ventures LLC.
Five departments — kitchen, beauty, pet, tools, outdoor. Every product on the site was added by hand, from a brand we'd shop at ourselves. The catalog is short on purpose. It's easier to stand behind 55 products than to babysit 5,000.
You'll find CAROTE cookware, medicube and Elizavecca skincare, Dr. Elsey's pet care, CRAFTSMAN tools, Energizer outdoor gear, Martha Stewart bedding, and the rest of a list that grows when we find something worth adding. Nothing private-label dressed up as a brand. Nothing grey-market. Nothing we wouldn't recommend to a friend.
If we wouldn't buy it ourselves, it isn't on the site.
Three filters. The brand has to be established — sold on its own site, stocked by major retailers, recognized by the customers who already use it. The supply line has to lead to an authorized US channel — distributor, wholesaler, or the brand directly. And the product has to arrive in its original packaging, with its original lot codes and manufacturer warranty intact.
If a product can't pass those three, it doesn't go on the shelf. That's how the catalog stays a catalog instead of a free-for-all.
Every SKU is sourced through an authorized US channel. Original packaging, original warranties, traceable invoice on request.
We hold pricing close to brand-recommended retail and run honest promotions — never inflated MSRPs dressed up as "50% off".
Two US fulfillment hubs, east and west. Orders auto-route to whichever is closer to you. Free shipping over $49.
No card on file, no online payment risk. Pay your courier when the package arrives — that's the whole checkout.
Send it back within 30 days. No restocking fees, no fine print, no chase. Defective items get a free return label.
Email purchase@nsxdistribution.com and a person on our team replies within a business day. Mon–Fri, Central time.
Shopping online for the brands we trusted had become a maze. Marketplaces stitched together by dozens of resellers, listings that looked identical but came from different supply chains, customer service that bounced you between three companies before anyone took ownership. The packaging on the box you finally got felt like it had passed through several pairs of hands.
We wanted the opposite. One site. The brands we'd recommend to family. A short catalog, kept honest. A team that answers when you write in. Prices that hold steady so you don't have to time-the-market just to get a fair deal.
That's the version of an online store we couldn't find, so we built it. If you're shopping with us, thank you — every order in these early days matters more than we can say.
We're a small, US-based crew that handles every step of an order — buying it, packing it, shipping it, answering when you write in. Here's how that fourteen breaks down.
Picking SKUs, opening accounts with distributors, negotiating terms.
Receiving inventory, picking and packing orders at our two warehouses.
Building the site, photographing products, writing copy that doesn't read like marketing.
Hiring as we grow — open roles live on careers.
