We're a small, US-based team running a deliberately small catalog. We're not actively hiring — but we keep a short list of people we'd love to work with once we grow.

Where we are in 2026

No open roles right now.

NSX opened in 2026. The current team handles buying, packing, customer service, and engineering by hand. We're choosing to grow slowly and only hire when a role is clearly needed — not before. Posting fake open roles to look bigger than we are isn't our style.

Roles we're likely to need in the next 12 months

  • Customer experience associate — handle email + returns + occasional phone. Part-time, US-based, written communication matters most.
  • Warehouse / fulfillment associate — at one of our two US fulfillment hubs. Part-time to start, ramping with order volume.
  • Buyer / sourcing — picking new SKUs, opening accounts with authorized distributors, negotiating terms. Retail-buying experience preferred.
  • Photographer / content — packshot photography + occasional creator content for social. Freelance per-shoot to start.
