2. Using the site
You may use the site to browse our catalog, place orders, and contact us. You agree not to: (a) attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours; (b) scrape the site in a way that disrupts normal use; (c) use the site to break the law; (d) use any automated system that exceeds reasonable use (more than ~60 requests/minute from one IP).
3. Account and accuracy
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us — shipping address, email, phone, payment method. We aren't responsible for failed deliveries or missed communications caused by inaccurate information you provided.
4. Products, pricing, availability
We try to keep product descriptions, photos, and prices accurate, but we don't guarantee they are. Inventory is fluid; an item may sell out between when you add it to your cart and when you check out. If we charge you for an out-of-stock item, we'll refund you promptly. We reserve the right to limit purchase quantity, correct pricing errors before shipping, and refuse orders we believe are fraudulent.
5. Payment
Every order on nsxdistribution.com is paid via cash on delivery. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, or any other online payment on this site, and we do not collect card or banking information at any point. The order total — items, applicable sales tax, and shipping — is collected in cash by the courier when your package arrives. Inability or refusal to pay the courier at delivery results in the package being returned to us.

7. Returns and refunds
See our Refund Policy for full details. Summary: 30 days from delivery, unopened items in original packaging, defective items get a free return label.
8. Authenticity
We guarantee that every product we ship is genuine, sourced from an authorized US channel, and never grey-market or counterfeit. If you ever doubt an item, email us and we will produce proof of source for that order.
9. Intellectual property
The site design, code, brand name, logo, original photography, and original copy are owned by NSX Ventures LLC and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Brand names and logos shown on product pages belong to their respective owners; we use them only to describe the products we sell.
10. Your content
If you submit a review, photo, or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on our site and in our marketing, attributed by your first name and first initial of your last name only. You can request removal of your content at any time by emailing us.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties not expressly given in these terms, to the maximum extent allowed by law. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We don't warrant that any product will meet your specific needs beyond the manufacturer's published specifications.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the site or your order is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify NSX Ventures LLC against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.
14. Dispute resolution
Most disputes can be resolved by emailing purchase@nsxdistribution.com. If we can't resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, you and NSX agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Rules, in Suffolk County, New York. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first order by emailing us.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
